You may not claim my work as your own.

You may re-post or re-upload my artwork wherever you like, but you must credit me - either by name or a link back to my account. If the artwork is a commissioned work, ask the owner of the commission for permission before re-posting or re-uploading.

You may not use my artwork for any commercial purposes (e.g. producing prints, shirts, badges with intent to sell). Any and all use of my artwork must be strictly personal, with no financial gain.

I reserve rights to the image itself, and may post and use it publicly as I wish - unless you make a specific request for privacy.

You may not use any part of my artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of my work for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

You may not use my artwork to train AI, such as but not limited to: Artbreeder or WOMBO art.

I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.

Payment is required upfront before work is started. Payment plans may be discussed for orders over €100.

Full refunds for commissions are only possible before the sketch is approved. After the sketch is approved, a 50% refund is possible.

Significant edits to the artwork may be requested at the sketch stage of a drawing. Once the sketch is approved, only minor edits will be considered.

You must be 18+ to order a commission containing nudity and/or gore.

All design sales are final. You may re-sell, re-gift, or re-trade a character design if you do not want it anymore.

You must wait a minimum of 1 week before re-selling or re-trading one of my character designs.

Always keep the monetary value of any of my designs with the character - for example, in a profile bio.

Commissioned art, personal art, and gift art count towards the value of any character design I create. Use the original artist's commission prices to edit the value correctly.

Trading does not affect the value of my character designs (for example, if you trade the design for another of higher or lower value it does not change my design's value).

Once you have paid in full for your character design, you may do whatever you like with it. You do not need any further permission to draw it, buy commissions for it, re-sell, re-trade, or re-gift it, or create or buy crafts/cosplay for it.

You may edit / draw over my original artwork for the character as much as you like, just keep the original files and provide those to the new owner if the design is sold/traded/gifted.

You may not claim the design as your own. If you have edited the character's original artwork, then you may credit yourself for the edits but not for the original work.

Do not create original species, closed or otherwise, from my character designs.

You may create similar-looking or duplicate designs for story purposes, but the original character must always be linked to the new one and vice versa. This link may never be deleted, even if the ownership for one or both character(s) is transferred.

Make sure you are familiar with my TOS before ordering a commission. By ordering, you are subject to my TOS whether you have read it or not.

All payment is made through PayPal invoices, in EUR. If you have doubts regarding your budget, you can look up the conversion rate (or ask me to do it for you).

If you would like to cancel a commission, please contact me first.

Turnaround time is max. one month, give or take a little. I will notify you if there is any delay.

After payment, I will send you a rough sketch of the artwork for approval.

You will receive a .PNG file of the finished piece at full resolution.
